Both of them have a similar purpose, namely to integrate existing sensors for the Arduino as well as other components that require the assemble onto a coble, into our Brick &#8216;R&#8217; knowledge system.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly we have the D\/A Sensorbrick, which is supplied by a very stable 5V connection. The upper side contains four connector sockets for the external connection of sensors. With wires the connection from these sockets to the sensors can be given, as shown in the picture. The D\/A Brick is also a perfect possibility, if in a circuit a precise voltage of 5V is needed. Mind you, that this Brick is not suitable to high current, it offers only about 150mA.<\/p>\n<p>Our other novelty is our I2C external sensor connector and converter Brick. We use it to integrate external I2C modules into our system. The Brick contains two internal voltage sources of 3.3V and 5V and an internal conversion between 3.3V and 5V I2C for signal voltages. So, three tasks can be managed: Firstly, the common I2C module is also suitable for Bricks, which are offered only with 3.3V by the chip manufactorers.
